The third annual North Quabbin Outdoor Experience will be held Sunday, April 18th at the Athol/Orange Elk lodge from 10am-3pm.
It is an exposition focused totally on the outdoors. It will showcase the outdoor leisure activities that exist in the beautiful North Quabbin region.
Visitors are welcome from all parts of the Commonwealth to be introduced to the scenic splendor, the opportunity and versatility that is North Quabbin. More than forty different local businesses, non-profit groups, and places that specifically deal with the outdoors will be participating.
There will be many vendors inside and outside of the Elks club varying from ATVs, kayaks, campgrounds, hiking & equestrian opportunities, backpacks and groups that deal with local ecology and fishing.
Last year’s show was well received by hundreds of people. The North Quabbin Outdoor Experience has no admission. There will be a live auction at 12:30 with great prizes donated by participating businesses. All proceeds from the show will go to the local Boy Scout Troops in the North Quabbin region.
The North Quabbin Outdoor Experience is sponsored by the North Quabbin Chamber of Commerce, North Quabbin Woods, and WJDF radio.
The Boy Scouts will sell refreshments. The Athol/Orange Elk’s Lodge is located on Route 2A in Orange. For more information, contact Steve at
